We sat down with the clients a few times to make sure that we had all the details and a solid timeline, which really paid off even though we had to adjust on the fly.
The venue of choice was the stunning Glen Annie Golf Course, and we brought in enough sound for the dining room and the patio so that everyone could be in on the party. We also brought along some extra dance lighting and Wildfire Blacklights to really get everything popping.
The Mitzvah Girl, accompanied by her event dance troupe, welcomed everyone with a special dance performance to "Wild Ones" by Flo Rida and led everyone out to the dining tables to uproarious applause. DJ Rooster was then at the helm, and with the power of the Bat Mitzvah cheat sheet, let only the tables that could answer the trivia questions go ahead to the buffet line. Some tables had to wait a while!
The hours flew by as the dining turned into dancing, and then into the Hora! Where everyone of the family had a chance up in the chair. The games that followed were a frenzy of energy and excitement that took everyone all over the venue inside and out. Once the sun dropped lower in the sky the lights brought the black light sensitive party favors to life and the dancing just didn't stop.
The night ended on a sweet and slow note, with everyone grabbing a friend to dance with in the final minutes of the party. Thank you for the great time, we were so glad to be part of it!
