Flamenco guitarists, dancers, and even the Paella entree were some of the little nuances that Brian and Deena added to create a fantastic Spanish themed wedding last weekend. George Quirin played their ceremony music and as guests enjoyed cocktail hour, the amazing Walter Molina played Flamenco guitar as his dancer Paloma clicked her heels and twirled to the fiery rhythms. Our photographers were the incomparable husband and wife due, Michael and Anna Costa - please check out their blog for the most terrific photos - the photos below were taken by us, not so pro ;) Brian and Deena danced their first dance to Bryan Adam's "Heaven" (MTV Unplugged Version). Deena danced with each of her dads to two different songs - Louis Armstrong's "Wonderful World" and the Beatles' "Here Comes the Sun". We played music videos on the wall of the majestic ballroom of the beautiful Montecito Country Club, intermixed with a slide show of Brian and Deena's photos. We also provided event lighting, and lit up the main Anacapa ballroom with amber colored uplights. Video DJs Gavin Roy and Andrew Korn tag teamed this event, which was a great success, thanks to our fearless leader and wedding coordinator, Kristin Ramsey of Joy de Vivre. Congratulations Deena and Brian!
