Luke Geis
There are DJs and there are sound engineers. Luke Geis threads the needle between these two, creating for himself the unique position of being a sort of, Music Engineer or Conductor.
Luke's intimate knowledge of music and technology started 17 years ago when he picked up the guitar. Taking quickly to the world of music he developed noteworthy skills with a variety of instruments and sound machines alike. He now enjoys playing in two cover bands; a 90's cover band and a female rock cover band (think Joan Jet, Pat Benatar). Luke has also led a successful career as a professional sound engineer for the last nine years. With a fondness for classic rock such as Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, Luke is a must have for a rock n' roll party. He's been enjoying The Black Keys and Muse recently as well. Luke's love of music like this, coupled with a push from friends in the industry is what propelled him to take up the art of DJing. Luke's highly professional work ethic and attitude, coupled with his passion for sound and attention to detail, helps to foster a unique and enjoyable relationship between his clients.
