PRE PLANNING
•One in person meeting 1 week prior to check for overlooked details, tie up loose ends and finalize itinerary and schematics. •Create personalized Itinerary and distribute to vendors. •Create personalized schematic and distribute to vendors. •Confirm arrangements and details with vendors. REHEARSAL CEREMONY •Synchronization of the rehearsal. •Review personal items. WEDDING DAY •Onsite 1.5 hours prior to ceremony start time to oversee set up & design of ceremony & reception details, ensuring personalization to your specifications. •Greeting and managing of vendors on wedding day. •Pay vendor balances and/or gratuities. •Ensure set up of dinner tables is accurate seating and placement set to specification. •Placement of special items: programs, guest book, gift table, favors, place cards, cameras, toasting flutes, cake knife, etc. •Coordinate ushers of seating plan, special family seating. •Line up of processional, cue musicians for ceremony processional. •Direct guests. •Assist MC in cues for formalities and toasts. •Guide you graciously through your day and keep things running on schedule. •Acting as a liaison for wedding party, guests, family members and vendors. •Answer guest questions and concerns throughout the day. •Supervise and communicate with the chef and catering staff. •Ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences. •Emergency Kit. •Make certain personal items are recovered at the end of the evening. |
